ERHC Operations in Kenya

In 2012 ERHC signed a Production Sharing Contract with the Kenyan government for a licence in Block 11A.[1] This block lies in Turkana County, near the borders with South Sudan and Uganda, and close to Block 10BB where Tullow Oil has discovered large quantities of oil.[2] Bloomberg reported in May 2013 that ERHC signed a letter of intent to sell part of its interest in Block 11A.[3]
